CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

At Restoria Wellness, I am committed to providing exceptional service to my clients while ensuring fair compensation for myself and my small business. I have established the following policy regarding last-minute cancellations and no-shows to achieve this balance.

Last-Minute Cancellation: A cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Late-Arrival: A client who arrives more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time.

No-Show: A client who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or contact.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

Fees for Last-Minute Cancellations: Clients who cancel their appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee. The fee will be determined as follows:

  • If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours' notice, but more than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. This will be determined by the time the call/text came in or when the email was received.

  • If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged (this includes delayed or canceled flights). This charge may be deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing gift certificate, may be charged to the card on file, or must otherwise be paid in full before your next treatment can be booked. 

Rescheduling: I understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, I will do my best to reschedule it for a more convenient time without additional charges.

Case-by-Case Waiver: My priority is to provide you with exceptional care. If your last-minute cancellation is due to a genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstances, I may consider waiving the fee. Please contact me to discuss your situation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked. Full payment will be required for the original time booked.

NO-SHOWS

Fees for No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice or contact may be subject to a fee. The fee will be determined as follows:

  • No-shows will be charged 50% or 100% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances.

    Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients: please plan accordingly to be on time for your massage.

Rescheduling: I believe in second chances. If you miss an appointment, I will make every effort to reschedule it so you can still receive the services you missed. However, the rescheduled appointment may require pre-payment in full before the service.

Case-by-Case Waiver: My priority is to provide you with exceptional care. If your no-show is due to a genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstances, I may consider waiving the no-show fee. Please contact me to discuss your situation.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

As a courtesy, you will receive a text reminder 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

REFUNDS

Restoria Wellness has a no-refund policy on services rendered. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending approval of the massage therapist.

REVIEW AND RETENTION

Restoria Wellness reserves the right to review and revise these policies as needed to maintain fairness and consistency in my service delivery. At Restoria Wellness, I highly value your patronage and am dedicated to providing you with the highest level of care.
